if you read musing no. 38, you already know this started as a question about men’s health and how fear shapes what we allow ourselves to feel. most men hear about the prostate only when it becomes a medical problem. in truth, regular stimulation—manual or device-assisted—is an old-world wellness practice used to keep circulation strong, reduce inflammation, and support hormonal balance. it’s maintenance, not taboo.
