Your opening salvo is just so sweepingly replete with ... beyond idealism and noble truths. That mindset and expectation/hope is male romanticism, the engine that drives the Lord of the Rings gathering, and the Hero's Journey. It's a kind of rapture, really, to hold such high expectations of yourself and those around you.
I of course agree with you on these first principles, but the culture is not an aid here, and not likely to be as we look to AI for benevolent overlordism.
I think this is evidence for my mention that I skew more masculine than the average femme. Not so oddly, this quirk somewhat places me at a fringe of your preferred audience. I'll do my best to keep proselytizing in this space, but guys don't really like girls telling them how things ought to be. ;)
